I've started my career as Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Agent/Broker in US/CA, back in March of 2016. Luckily, I had the chance to work with one of the premier Real Estate VA company and became my solid foundation for my training, skill set, and experience.
Early this year, I have come across a new marketplace called VA Exchange. I have been hearing a lot of buzz about this NEW PLATFORM so I decided to investigate myself.
In fact, I actually decided to sign-up to their website for pre-enrollment so that I can actually write a proper review.
I'm going to go through the company's profile, FAQ, and benefits so you can make the right decision to join or not.

About 2 years ago, Mike helped launch a company called Phone Animal. Phone Animal is service for realtors where it would call homeowners in the US and ask the homeowners if they were looking to buy or sell a home.
At the time of this writing, I even asked Mike Chang on Facebook to verify if he's the founder or owner, he then answered "both" 😃
So why VA Exchange came into existence?
In April, VA Exchange will provide you with a platform aimed at making it easier for you to find high paying work. Create a profile and upload your skills, work experience, and resume, and have it seen by hundreds of paying agents.

The $10 is a one-time fee charged upon signup.

By creating a profile on VA Exchange you are letting our pool of real estate agents know you are looking for work. The employers will reach out to you on our platform based on your skills and their needs.
4. HOW ARE WE NOTIFIED IF AN EMPLOYER IS INTERESTED? HOW WILL THEY CONTACT US?
When a potential employer is interested in hiring you, they will send you a message via our platform and schedule a time for a video interview.
5. ARE WE GUARANTEED TO GET HIRED THROUGH VA EXCHANGE?
You are not guaranteed to get hired, but the stronger your resume: the better your chances.
6. HOW DO WE GET OUR SALARY? HOW WILL THEY PAY US?
Our team of experts make sure you get paid for your hard work. Your employer simply sends the money through our platform and VA Exchange deposits it to you via Paypal or Transferwise.
7. DO WE GET STATS OR GET FEEDBACKS FROM OUR EMPLOYERS?
You will be talking with your employer on a daily basis. The two parties should have a clear line of communication. If there are certain stats or feedback you want from your employer, simply ask.
8. DO WE HAVE APPS AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD? ANDROID AND IOS?
